Provider – KADI MAE LLC

User / Customer- Any person that enters the servers of the Provider (CUSTOMER). User of KADI MAE LLC who is using the tools provided by the Provider.


When using the KADI MAE website, information regarding your habits, products and services purchased or sold, information or advertisement you read, the pages viewed, the offers and services of interest to you, payment method you used may be collected under this privacy policy.

KADI MAE LLC tries to avoid as much as possible providing your personal information to third parties unless required to do so- by court order, threat of legal action (criminal or civil) brought on by the customer. In this case, the KADI MAE LLC may provide the information to the party claiming to have been damaged by you or in accordance with a judicial order.

KADI MAE LLC may collect information in order to improve the services offered and adjust the website to your needs and preferences, as well as to contact you.


KADI MAE uses “cookies” to collect information about you and your activity across the KADI MAE website. A cookie is a small piece of data that the KADI MAE website stores on your computer, and accesses each time you visit, so we can understand how you use the site. This helps KADI MAE serve you.

Payment Policy

Purchasing a product or service will be completed only after it is fully paid for.

KADI MAE has reserved the right to change the prices for the services at any time.

In the event of a credit card number or its validity causes a delay in clearing by credit card companies, KADI MAE may deny services provided to the customer until the issue is resolved and payment is made in full.

Payment will count as the actual payment, but only after being fully redeemed and approved by the bank.

Links to third party sites

KADI MAE includes a link to third parties payment gateways. These sites are not controlled and/or owned by KADI MAE LLC and is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. These sites are the property of the third party gateways and may be protected by copyright and/or intellectual property laws and/or any other protection. KADI MAE does not assume any responsibility for the content, security, functionality, or practices of these sites.

You acknowledge and agree that KADI MAE LLC may disable your use or remove any third party linked sites at any time.

Changes to the Terms of Use

KADI MAE LLC may change these terms and conditions from time to time and without giving prior notice.

KADI MAE will be able to publish the new terms and they will be effective from their date of publication.

Non-compliance with any section of this document will be considered cause to terminate the customer’s account immediately (including guest checkout) and refuse service to customer without any prior warning.

Shipping and Local Pickup

All methods of shipping will be used. Your order may come by any major shipping company.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Any order $100 or more will have shipping costs waived. Shipping costs are calculated by order price and weight. KADI MAE reserves the right to change shipping prices at any time.

Changes to orders from shipping to local pickup after an order has been placed can only occur as long as this change is made prior to receiving a tracking number. However, if a tracking number is already made, then this means an order has already shipped and cannot be changed.

Once a package has shipped, KADI MAE no longer has any control over the package and is ultimately not responsible for any delayed or lost packages. Please always check the status of the package with the tracking number emailed to the email provided or reach out to the shipping company for assistance.

If the local pickup option is utilized and in the case an order is not picked up during the agreed time and date, the order will be held and the customer will be notified of the missed pickup via email, phone call, or text. The customer will be required to pickup at the next pickup time/date available. No refunds/returns will be accepted if the customer is unable to pickup. If the customer wishes to have their order shipped instead, then they must consent to having their order shipped and give permission to be charged the shipping costs.

Subscription Boxes

All boxes ordered by the 20th of the month by 11:59 PM will ship out and be received that same month. If a box is ordered on or after the 21st of the month, then that box will ship out and be received the following month (if box is a monthly box). 3 Month Box Example: You place an order for a quarterly box by Sept. 20th by 11:59 PM, You will receive your first box by Sept. 30th. Your next box will be billed Dec. 20th and received by Dec.31st.
If you order this same box on or after Sep. 21st, then you will receive your first box by Oct. 31 instead. Your next box would be billed Dec. 21st and received Jan. 31st.

Regarding cancelling anytime and pausing your subscription: If your box has already shipped, then that specific box cannot be cancelled, paused, or refunded, but all future boxes can be cancelled or paused. All unshipped boxes can be cancelled or paused prior to shipping.

You cannot get a refund simply because you don't like your box or after your box has already shipped. You can, however, get a refund if there was an issue with your box such as shipping issues. Example: Your box was lost during shipping and would not arrive in an appropriate time frame. 

If your box arrives damaged with damage to the products inside the box, proof of damage will need to be provided by email to kadimaeselfcare@yahoo.com along with your name. Proof will need to be provided within 1 week of arrival. A replacement box will be sent out immediately.  

You cannot send a box back because you simply don't like it and want to exchange it or receive a refund. However, if your box was severely damaged or you received wrong products, then please take a picture to provide proof and contact customer service immediately for further details regarding how your specific situation will be resolved.  

You will be billed on the date that you first purchase your box and exactly every 1, 3, or 6 months after that depending if you chose a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual box.
Ex: If you purchased a monthly box on July 18, 2023 then you will be billed on August 18th, 2023 for your next box.  

Changing your product choice after already submitting your preference depends on the timeframe in which you change your preference. Contact KADI MAE via the contact form to inquire about the change and every effort will be made to make the switch but understand that this may not be possible.
